Job summary:
Seeking a full time salaried service call maintenance technician. Must have the proper skill set to handle general handyman work such as home maintenance repairs, minor electrical, minor plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting.
Certifications and Licenses a plus but not required. Must have reliable transportation and maintenance tools, perform all reasonable tasks in a timely manner, demonstrate good character, and a high level of professionalism.
